Frequently Asked Questions

  • How is your Ginger Beer low in sugar?

Go Ginger is less sweet because we use less than 50% sugar than most other Ginger Beers. We only have 3.8g of sugar per 100mL while on average most Ginger Beers would have more than 8g. We don’t use artificial sweeteners either.

  • What is Lemon Myrtle and what does it do?

Lemon Myrtle is a native Australian flowering plant. It has long been used both in cuisine and as a healing plant. This local botanical adds a subtle citrus flavour to balance the taste.

  • How do you make your Ginger Beer?

We make our Ginger Beer similar to how we make a beer using fermented rice and brewed ginger.

  • Is the Ginger Beer vegan?

Absolutely – all Wilde products are 100% vegan and absolutely no animal derived products are added or used during the process. We use what’s called a mechanical centrifuge to filter our products, meaning no filtering agents containing any animals products are used.
