New to Wilde Brewing this summer is a fresh new take on Ginger Beer with a kick.
Traditionally brewed utilising a foundation of rice and corn cereal grains (making it Gluten Free), and designed not to be overly sweet with 50% less sugar than regular Gingers with a mild ginger “zing”.
A delightful summer experience, offering a harmonious blend of easy drinking refreshment and contemporary style with a 6% kick.
Wilde Go Ginger – how we do it
Wilde Go Ginger is super refreshing, naturally brewed with real ginger and a pinch of lemon myrtle, this lower sugar gluten free ginger beer delivers a tropical zesty fusion with a 6% kick, that will have you coming back for more.
How do we do it ?
We use the traditional fermentation brewing technique (like the real beer process), while others may use a white spirit alcohol base & add flavour. Then utilising a foundation of rice and corn cereal grains to make it GF, coupled with a brewing yeast culture to produce a low sugar base that is 50% less sugar than regular gingers.Go back to News
